Enquiry And Assessment

Enquire via our website or email or phone us. Our Client Consultant will personally contact you, to discuss your needs, and we can then send you all the required information and book in your consultation with our doctor. We will ask you to complete an assessment form, so that you are able to provide us with all the relevant details, requirements, expectations, medical information and images our surgeons need to review before proceeding to the next step.
Medical Review & Recommendations

After we have received your medical records. They will be pre-screened by our Client Consultants and then sent to channel partners. We will book a video consultation with your doctor on request so that you can discuss your options face to face. The doctor will make recommendations and approximate costs and dates for booking your medical treatment.
Treatment Dates and Travel Confirmed

At this stage, once you have your full medical recommendation and review, a deposit is required to secure your medical treatment package and date. Our client consultant will then begin to make all the required booking arrangements and documentation for you, and we will ask you to sign our Client Booking Agreement, which sets out your rights, responsibilities, and commitments. At this point, Penny will start arranging for your traveling necessities (such as a passport, VISAs, Flight booking, Hotel, and other necessities). Prior to your departure, Penny will send you a complete Client Travel File for you to take when you travel overseas.
Travel, Treatment and Recovery

Once your dates are confirmed and you are on your way, you will be in very safe hands. Our Patient Care team will be with you every step of the way to assist you with getting to your accommodation and to the hospital. At the hospital, you will have a face-to-face consultation and examination with the doctor to discuss all options. Depending on your procedure, you may need to spend some time in the hospital, and then our patient care team will transport you to your hotel for recovery, post-surgery follow-up, and final discharge and then your flight back home. Any additional hospital transfers and follow-up appointments will be arranged by our Patient Care team, and they will take care of your travel between airport, hospital, and hotel. If you need any additional, special services to enhance your overseas stay, our team can attend to all of your needs.
Post-Operative Support

Our Penny Client Consultant will be following your progress every step of the way. We will be in contact with you during your recovery to make sure everything is going well and to make any extra arrangements you may need. Once you are back home, your Client Consultant will contact you to discuss and review your experience and results. If you would like, we can also arrange home visits within your home country with one of our registered nurses, should you feel the need for extra assurance and care. This service is available at an additional cost and can be arranged for you by your Client Consultant.
